NCC ATHLETICS|GO NAVS

All RETURNING student-athletes (NCC students from the previous year) are required to complete the following forms before commencing in any NCC Athletics practices or competitions. Once all the forms have been submitted the Student-Athlete will be notified of his/her clearance to participate in team activities.

• Athletes who suffer from a medical condition may be requested to obtain a Physical from a certified doctor before commencing team activities.
